I finally played Grim Dark Future - and it is a blast! Here's a little batrep/review hybrid.

Wow! What a great write up thanks! I’ve been looking at these rules for solo for my tiny Sigmar collection but also my Aernautica Imperialis, Dropzone commander and Titanicus random collections. You’re report says I should go for it!
You definetly should! I am preparing my next game allready: Space Marines vs. Tyranids, can't wait to get them on the table. :)

What size board and measurements did you use?
I halfed the table size (90x60 cm or 3'x2') and halfed all distances (Pistols shoot 6" instead of 12" f.e.)Worked really well for me. :)
Do the rules lend themselves well to solo-play?
Actually, yes. I had lots of fun, but it might not be everybody's cup of tea. :)
