Walking into battle is not an option - 15mm Rhino

I managed to put fantasy aside to work on one of my 15mm Earth Force APCs by Rebel miniatures. I bought them as Rhino proxies and they really do the job. I always sucked at painting vehicles in bright colours, but with the smaller surfaces I have to deal with now everything has become so much easier. I will throw in another squad, some bikes and terminator-like troops, them I'm done. If I can resist to add a Predator tank...

 

WAAAAAAGH! Here'z da greenskinz!

Another major fantasy race is ready for play. Orcs, Goblins and a mighty Troll from Demonworld and Alternative Armies. Enough to play all base scenarios from HeroQuest. Next are Chaos Cultists, Mummies and much more dungeon interiors.

I can see dead people

No dungeon without the undead! First five skeletons and some zombies, all from Ral Partha's Blight Haven / Demonworld range. After that it's time for the greenskins!

...for just one day.

I have painted so many miniatures that I actually never use - is there any sense in my hobby? Hoping that I will find a good occasion to play Hero Quest in 15mm, I started to work on my Ral Partha Blighthaven Questing Heroes. First six are done and I am quite happy. The sculpts really have a lot of character given their tiny size.
