Heroquest with random Dungeons

I had a first try with random Dungeon Generator for Heroquest. I borrowed some ideas from Dungeon Universalis, League of Dungeoneers and Warhammer Quest. My mixture worked surprisingly well and we're going to play in a group with two dads and two 9 year olds quite soon. Fully Co-op, no Zargon needed anymore! 

Let's delve into this dungeon, son!

The next project to complete is my 15mm Hero Quest dungeon. I really want to start playing with my oldest and this winter we're going to roll some dice! The floor tiles are made from styrofoam while most of the furniture is 3D-printed. The miniatures are classic Demonworld, of course. 

  

Let's add some characters III - the bad guys

Some more characters for Talisman, HeroQuest and other RPG needs. This time it's the villains - Chaos Warrior, Witch Elf, Dark Elf Sorceress, Assassin and a lonely Skaven. They may grow in numbers and form warbands of their own in the months to come. All miniatures by Demonworld, Microworld Games and Splintered Light.

 

 

Let's add some chararcters II - the good guys

 Back to topic - that means 15mm scale, folks! 

I managed to paint some more fantasy guys that can be used for RPGs, the good old Talisman or Hero Quest board games or just for my skirmishes. New additions are a druid, a swashbuckler, a paladin, a wizard and a wood elf. All miniatures are Demonworld miniatures, except the swashbuckler who is from Blue Moon. 

 

 

Let's add some characters

I've been knee-deep in 6mm for weeks now. From time to time I threw in a single 15mm to get a liile change of pace. This way I will build up a collection of fantasy characters for Hero Quest, Talisman, Runebound and RPGs in general. The first five are finished now: The Ranger, the Wizch, the Wizard, the Dwarf and the Warrior. If I want to complete a 15mm set for Talisman there's only 45 more to paint! ;)

The witch is from Blue Moon Miniatures, the rest is Ral Partha's Demonworld line.

It's October. This month nothing but undead folks! I have finished the skeleton warband from Ral Partha's Blight Haven line. Nothing too fancy, but it was fun to paint them.

Into Glory Ride

High time for some High Fantasy again. More chaps for my human mercenary warband, all of them taken from Ral Partha's Demonworld line. I simply love those models - they ARE old Warhammer Fantasy models - just tiny and dirt cheap! The red bearded guy is the first mounted model I painted and I really like his pose. The house in the background is frome Alternative Armies.
