Space Elves and Ambulls

Seems like I took a month off...

Today I present the start of my 15mm Eldar forces. I don't plan to paint a whole army, since I do skirmishes most of the time anyway. The Guardians are from Blue Moon's Alien Universalists range, the Wraithlord-like thing is an old 40k wardrone from the Rogue Trader Era. The Ambull has also been painted months ago and I thought he would make a nice addition to this post. Always loved the model, was lucky to get one for a reasonable price.

  3. Wow mate, they are extraordinary. I've been thinking about doing a 40k in 15mm project and had my eyes on some Alternative Armies Zidhe troops, but these are even better.

    1. I was thinking about the Zidhe as well, but there are just a few sculpts. Their jetbikes are still tempting though.

    2. The Zidhe look a bit like the Eldar Scouts of old, with a few headswaps one might get a decent size force out of them. The jetbikes are indeed tempting as well.

  4. I can't decide what do I like more. The ambull is a fave of mine of all times, but those not-Eldar are simply superb. Wow :O

But I will be using Rebel Minis Shalur as they're slim.

    Thanks for sharing

    1. I found out about the Shalur just after buying the Blue Moon ones, they're a great choice. Thanks for the link, awesome page!

Goodbye Firestorm Armada: The Directorate

I'm selling spaceships again. Before they go, I'd like to show them here. I was happy with the paint job, but they are just too big....
