This is a ghost town!

"A whole city - are you crazy???
"This is 15mm, EVERYTHING is possible."

A while ago I took some time to finish scenery items like HO scale cars and Plasticville buildings to get terrain. I have enough gunmen and survivor types allready done, all that's left to do is some mutants and zombies. There's at least 12 other buildings left for painting, but now I can expanse my ghost town step by step.

BRAAAAAAAAAAINS!!!

    1. Thanks! They're much more fun to paint than their 28mm counterparts which took ages.

    2. I'm surprised at how perfectly they scale here. Isn't HO scale 1:87? And yet they really don't look oversized. I'll have to remember that...

And yes, this looks amazing as always!

    3. Thanks a lot, Allison! I think it's because of the fact that most 15mm figs are 17 to 18mm nowadays. With smaller figures like Battlefront or Rebel the impression might change a little bit. GZG fits in perfectly, though. :)

    4. Ugh those infuriating Khurasan "15mm" figs that are like, child sized :(. Be warned...

    5. I got a few of these from Alternative Armies as well, I guess that's the trouble when you're having a lot of different sculpters.

  3. Nice houses but what I really like is how you paint your 15mm minis. They can be clearly seen from distance.

    1. Never realized that... damn, your right. I will have to find another way to paint Ninjas and thieves! :D

  4. A wonderful post, the town looks perfect with the colours making it all gloom and a scary place to be.

  5. The best thing with 15mm is the possibility to build (and store) epic stuff like cities without it being overwhelming. I have a city board (60x60 cm) and a badlands/forest/wasteland board (60x90 cm) with multiple setups.

If I could only get time enough to actually play, then it would be perfect...

    1. Oh yeah, I know what you mean... it's high time that I run a game again, right now I'm just painting.
Is there any place on the web where you show your boards, Oscar?
